What's for dinner?

How does Quiche Lorraine sound on a rainy and overcast day? The recipe I use for my Quiche Lorraine comes straight out of Betty Crocker. I alter it slightly by adding in ham (in addition to bacon), cheddar cheese (in addition to Swiss cheese), green onions to replace white onions and topping it with finely grated parmesan cheese.

This quiche is all about comfort in my book. I served it with steamed broccoli also topped with parmesan.
